Thank you Jared for helping me get my first car.Jared let me test drive my car to see if that’s what i was feeling or if i wanted something different he was quick and had us in and out of there in a good amount of time. While inside he offered to get us any drinks of our choice and also made conversation with us thru out the process definitely would recommend asking to work with Jared.

Got a car from Robbins a few weeks ago and had a great experience! JP was awesome with helping me find the perfect car. Carlos and Tyler were great to work with as well! Anthony (Sales person), Carlos (Sales Manager), and Tyler (Finance) gave us Great Service! Was able to call and get an out the door price (out the door means everything including the taxes, tag, title, and fees) so we know what we are paying for. Alot of dealships don't even give you an out the door price over the phone (Out the door does not include the warrentys since those are optional to add, but we knew that would be extra). They also didn't push us to try and get a new car or anything, just was able to focus on the car we wanted. I would higly recommend this place for it's honesty.

Dan Prado was amazing he got me the car I wanted within my budget. He was very nice and made me feel welcome. I will always go to Robbins Nissan in the future.

Dealership manager was easy to work with and very willing to make a sale. Lowered his sales price on a 2025 Armada with more features to match another dealership’s offer on a 2025 Armada with less features. Israel Sanchez was our salesman and I would highly recommend him; honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

I recently purchased my first vehicle at Robbins Nissan and wanted to share my experience. My sales representative Dan Prado from the pre-owned department provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure I was approved for financing and settled nicely with my pre-owned vehicle. Dan's attention to detail was impressive - from checking tire pressure to arranging detailing, getting a new bumper installed, and even replacing the windshield. What set Dan Prado apart was his patience in explaining every step of the purchase process, making sure I understood all details as a first-time car buyer. His clear communication and dedication made what could have been an overwhelming experience smooth and straightforward. While the finance team and manager were also helpful, I did experience some disappointing interactions with other sales staff in the pre-owned department. On multiple occasions when visiting to see Dan, I felt uncomfortable with how some staff members treated me, including making jokes at my expense and making inappropriate comments about my age and my mother's attire. Despite these issues with some staff members, my overall experience with Dan Prado was excellent. I came to Robbin’s Nissan the next day after leaving Tom Peacock Nissan and the experience was like night and day. Tom Peacock started off by telling me that they don’t like you to finance from my bank, they prefer you to use their finance company and I didn’t want to do that. He tried to lowball me on my trade as well. I decided the next day to visit Robbin’s Nissan and met a gentleman named Al. He was so nice and easy going. I didn’t feel pressure to purchase a car. He told me that yes I could finance through my bank.Ended up test driving a Sentra and Versa. I decided on a 2024 Versa and let me tell you the experience was awesome. Al worked with me to get a really good deal. I drove off the lot feeling confident with my purchase. If you are in the market to purchase, please come down and ask for Al Lewis. My Experience: Spent several months looking at new large size SUV's and I never considered an Armada. After further review, I decided to stop by and see one in person. I was immediately welcomed by my Sales Rep Kamron Bennett. Very friendly and informative. He was able to answer most of my questions immediately and when he was unsure of something, he told me upfront that he didn't know but was quick to go get the answers for me. (keep in mind this was supposed to be a quick look at the Armada with no intention to move forward). However, the second I sat in the driver seat, I knew this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After Kameron helped me look at the different trims of the Armada, we landed on one that met 100% of my needs and I would say 90% of my wants. He worked numbers without forcing me to run my credit. Ensured that we were on the right vehicle and even offered to dealer locate if I was not 100% happy. I met the sales manager and for the first time I felt very comfortable with this team as I usually purchase from people I know. The shopping experience, number negotiating, and finance was super easy and I actually had a great time. Now with this being said, every dealership has "addon" markups and is simply to be expected at this point so don't be upset when you see them. I would just say, know what you are getting and ensure that the cost vs. product will have some benefit to you. I would recommend this dealership and highly recommend Kamron as he is not your typical type of car salesman. I was previously a car salesman myself and I couldn't find anything that they were trying to hide and laid everything out on the table. Great job to the team of Robbins Nissan. I am very happy with my experience and so far love our new 25 Armada SL.

I am very please and grateful to the service department at Robbin Nissan. On my recent visit, I needed a couple of things done for regular maintenance, and it required a few hours to get my vehicle worked on and it was going to be a wait. To my surprise, my service advisor Noemi Estrada arranged a shuttle from them to drop and pick me up from home - same day. I can’t recall the staff member’s name that drove me home, but I want to recognized him for been friendly and professional.
