Today I experienced the best customer service ever from Robbins Chevrolet. My Chevy needed recall service and I was treated as a long time customer!!! Miss Yolanda greeted me during the cold snap with a warm smile. She lead me to Miss Connie who quickly put me in the system. The service should have taken 3 hours but 1 hour and a half later my truck was done. Manager, Mike Mayeaux shook my hand and bid me a great day. Not only that, another manager poured me a cup of coffee. Not even when I owned my Mercedes did I get this treatment from the dealer. ROBBINS CHEVROLET HAS MADE ME A FAN!
