“I’m warning anybody thinking about using Robert Nissan in Humble. I brought my car in ONLY for a recall and an oil change. They told me it would be about $101. Instead, they went ahead and did almost $1,000 of work on my car WITHOUT my permission. I declined the extra work online, I never signed any agreement, and the car is ONLY in my name. Instead of calling me to get my approval, they took a phone call from my husband, who is not on the title and has no legal ownership, and used that as their excuse. Then they had me come up there like I just had $900 sitting around and held my car until I paid $976.71 so I could get back to work. I was stressed and crying, paying for work I never asked for. This felt like they took advantage of me on purpose, and people need to know this before trusting them with their car.”

Con man haven....liars and manipulation is on tap. Robbins is the worst "car salesman" group you'll ever experience....steer clear of Robbins Nissan, if you want a fair deal, you can trust. The number they quote, will not be the same, when you head towards the finance office...you can do better, than shop this dealership and support their business, and dealings....go somewhere else for a fair deal.

The attention is good, fast and personalized; Erik is patient and listens carefully to issues that need to be resolved, he also demonstrates mastery of technical knowledge causing them to be resolved effectively; all my expectations were exceeded.
