Service is great! Keeps my old truck running like new. Techs do great work, communication is superb, and they even found me some fixes covered by special chevrolet policies that saved me a lot of money. KEEP READING PLEASE-Positive Experience! I have NEVER been treated BETTER at any other dealership! Patrick Jensen, the General Manager, treated me so well. I had a major issue with my 2023 Pathfinder, platinum. I called him and we had a very pleasant conversation regarding what was happening with my Pathfinder. I calmly explained my concerns and he provided his professional feedback and his personal opinion. The MOST important part of this review is that he LISTENED to me. He was made aware of the situation, and he provided me with some solutions and guidance. No pressure of what to do, just 100% support, kindness and understanding. He really wanted to help me! Once we knew where we stood on the repairs for my Pathfinder. He gave me time to think and make a decision. I made the choice to trade out of the Pathfinder and into a Frontier. Not only did he personally handle things, once I told him how I would like to proceed, but he took care of me ABOVE AND BEYOND throughout the whole trade in process. He was the one providing me with updates from the service team and the engineers. He actually cared about what I was experiencing and made me feel at ease that I was not alone through all of this. He was right there every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with the level of kindness, compassion and professionalism, that I received at Robbins Nissan. I bought my dream car for a dream price at Robbins Chevrolet today!! I found the car online and drove 1 1/2 hours to get to it! My Nissan Maxima is a great vehicle and I really love driving it when time permits, I've had my Maxima for a year and three months now. There's only a few issues I'm having with my vehicle which is 1. My clock will not stay set for central time,2. I'm having a issue with Setting up my Key Link, 3. And setting up Automatic Starter. Also my Salesman hadn't followed back up with me about my Truck net. This is my third Nissan I've bought from the Robbins dealership.

I accompanied my friend to this dealership to help her buy a new Chevy Traverse. Ron Freeman Jr helped us. He was very attentive and listened to my friend when she explained what she needed and what she could afford. He was kind and extremely helpful. Overall, she got the car that she wanted and with the payment that she could afford. Ron took the time to show her the features in the car. He set up her car to phone connection and helped her with her OnStar setup. Ron went above and beyond to help my friend and even helped me with a small issue on my new Traverse. The only reason why I didn’t rate this review a 5 Star was because of the finance guy. He was dismissive and condescending. I recommend this dealership overall. Ask for Ron Freeman Jr when you go!!!
