Like many other available features with Nissan vehicles, you are able to add a navigation system to the model you wish to purchase. The navigations will appear on the display screen in the center console, that way it isn’t overly distracting as you drive. It will also give audio directions and messages so that you can keep your eyes on the road. Though, like other features, there are aspects of the navigation system that can only be used while parked and cannot be accessed while the vehicle is in motion.

Using the Nissan Navigation System
Although each Nissan model can be slightly different, and the layout can change over the years, the system is still used the same way as it always has been. For instance, some models have a button that says “NAV,” while some have a button with “MAP,” and there are even some that have a button that says both; however, that is your access point to the navigation system. Then, like a regular GPS, the system will ask you to enter information in designated fields in order to find where you are going.
